Zenless Zone Zero 2.4 is the next major update for the gacha game, and things are about to get spooky in New Eridu. The story continues right after the fall of the Wandering Hunter, the disappearance of Sarah and Ye Shiyuan, and the arrival of Ye Shunguang in the previous update. We’ve also got an early glimpse at the new characters ready to shake up our Zenless Zone tier list, along with fresh locations and plenty more to explore.

Zenless Zone Zero 2.4 release date

Zenless Zone Zero 2.4 release date is Wednesday, November 26, 2025. The update is due to go live at 8pm PT / 11pm ET / 3am GMT / 5am CET / 11am SGT.

Zenless Zone Zero’s servers will undergo scheduled maintenance for around five hours before the new update launches. During this downtime, HoYoverse typically rewards players with free banner currency for each hour the servers are offline — so be sure to check your in-game mailbox for your Polychrome once the update goes live.

HoYoverse updates its gacha games every six weeks, so Zenless Zone Zero 2.4 should end on January 7, 2025.

Zenless Zone Zero 2.4 livestream

The Zenless Zone Zero 2.4 livestream airs on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 4:30am PT / 7:30am ET / 11:30am GMT / 12:30pm CET / 7:30pm SGT.

This pre-release special will also feature exclusive redeem codes available for a limited time after the stream.

Zenless Zone Zero 2.4 banners

Zenless Zone Zero 2.4 features two banner phases, each introducing new agents to pull. Below are the fresh additions in this update:

New Characters in ZZZ 2.4:

• Banyue (S-Rank – Fire, Rupture)

• Dialyn (S-Rank – Physical, Stun)

Their signature W-Engines will be featured in the weapon banner, and an S-Rank Bangboo from the Krampus faction will also make its debut.
